This report will serve as a valuable reference for future maintenance and repairs, as well as for insurance purposes.

4. Ethics Committee Review

Once we have finalized your selections, our Ethics Committee consisting of industry experts, will review the contractor files to ensure fairness and transparency in the price, product and service you deserve with a stamp of approval.

5. Escrow Payment

We set up a third-party escrow payment system for your project, providing financial security and ensuring all parties are satisfied. 

6. Project Rollout & Reporting

Art will create a plan that outlines the timeline, resources, and goals for the specific property and inform stakeholders, including clients and team members about the upcoming project. Once all the details are finalized, we will assist you throughout the implementation process, ensuring the project's completion through our efficient and reliable procedures. From the kickoff meeting to facilitating daily reports our goal is for you to have ongoing information about your project at your fingertips for all stakeholders involved.
